Women's Rights are Human Rights.

Violence against women is never normal, legal or acceptable and should never be tolerated or justified. Everyone - individuals, communities, governments and international bodies - has a responsibility to put a stop to it and to redress the suffering it causes.

Amnesty International will be participating in and coordinating many events for the International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women (25 November) as part of our global campaign to Stop Violence Against Women.  Stand by us and make it stop.
